Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department.

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

To supplement the bank code for Hua Nan Commercial Bank, Ltd. - Ho Chi Minh City Branch into Point 5 of Appendix No. 3 of the Regulations on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank as follows:

The Director of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of the State Bank's provincial and municipal branches; Chairmen of the Management Boards, General Directors (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Chairman of the Payment Committee, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank Trading Departments, the Governors of the State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; the Chairmen of the Management Boards, the General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
