Article 1. Approves the Inter-Ministerial Coordinated Program on Prevention and Control of Prostitution for the Period 2006-2010 (annexed to this Decision).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS and Drugs and Prostitution Prevention and Control, Ministers, Heads of Ministries Equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
