DECISION

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH TOPICS AND PILOT PRODUCTION PROJECTS AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Law on Science and Technology dated June 9, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2002/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transportation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Regulations on the management of scientific and technological research topics and pilot production projects at the ministry level.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Finance, heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
