THE MINISTER MINISTRY OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

WHEREAS, Decision No. 27/2003/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister promulgates the Regulation on appointment, reappointment, rotation, resignation, and removal of leaders;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE MODEL STATUTE FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 03/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Statute for Vocational College.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Heads of central bodies of political and social organizations with vocational colleges; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the Office of the Ministry, General Directors of the General Department of Vocational Training, Principals of vocational colleges, Heads of related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
