Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and the Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering the Circular No. 505/UBND-VX dated January 29, 2008 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Monuments Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
TRI LE PAGODA
TAN UOC COMMUNE, THANH OAI DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective functions and powers as provided for by the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the National Monuments Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tay Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
