Issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs and Raw Materials for Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Use in Bee Farming.

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 28, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance of April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance,
Contents of patrols and controlsThe List of Veterinary Drugs and Raw Materials for Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Use in Bee Farming is hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside Vietnam involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs and raw materials for veterinary drugs used in bee farming in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
