ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

on safety pipelines for steam and hot water in power plants

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated July 21, 2006;

WHEREAS, Law on Product Quality and Commodities No. 05/2007/QH12 dated November 21, 2007;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation on safety of pipelines for steam and hot water in power plants.

Article 1. This Circular annexes the National Technical Regulation on safety of pipelines for steam and hot water in power plants.

Designation: QCVN 04:2014/BCT

Article 2. Effectiveness

This Circular and the Regulation shall take effect from February 2, 2015.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Technology, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade under central cities and provinces, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
