CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Firefighting Water Pump Stations

Pursuant to the Law on People's Police 2018;

Based on the Law on Animal Husbandry 2018;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2018/NĐ-CP dated August 6, 2018 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Police Department;

The Minister of Public Security issues this Circular promulgating National Technical Regulations on Firefighting Water Pump Stations, code QCVN 02:2020/BCA.

Article 1. This Circular annexes National Technical Regulations on Firefighting Water Pump Stations, code QCVN 02:2020/BCA.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from October 4, 2020.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

2. Heads of units under the Ministry, Provincial Police Directors, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

2. Heads of units under the Ministry of Public Security, Directors of Public Security Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, public security units, localities, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals shall report to the Ministry of Public Security (through the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department) for timely guidance./.
