Decree No. 52 appoints Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh to the position of Director of Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense.

DECREE-LAW

NO. 52/SL OF JUNE 18, 1949

PRESIDENT

VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 50/SL dated June 18, 1949 organizing the Ministry of National Defense and the General Command,

Pursuant to Decree No. 35 dated March 25, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh as Director of the Ministry of National Defense,

At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense concurrently serving as Commander-in-Chief of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam.

Pursuant to a resolution of the Council of Ministers;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh is hereby appointed as Director of Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense.

Article 2

Decree No. 35 dated March 25, 1946 is hereby repealed.

Article 3

The Minister of National Defense concurrently serving as Commander-in-Chief of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam shall implement this Decree-Law.
