2. Chairpersons and Deputy Chairpersons of Provincial People's Councils, District People's Councils, and equivalent levels who work part-time shall receive salaries from their agencies, units, or places of employment. In cases where the aforementioned salary level is lower than the salary level prescribed in Point 1 of this Resolution, Chairpersons and Deputy Chairpersons shall be entitled to additional allowances to make up the difference between the two salary levels.
3. This Resolution replaces Guideline No. 262/HĐNN8 dated May 21, 199... of the State Council regarding the salaries of permanent members of People's Councils, Chairpersons of People's Councils, and allowances for Chairpersons of People's Council Secretariats./.
