DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 52/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1951
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254 - SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150 - SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the authority of the Ministry of Interior regarding the management of People's Committees;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:
Article 1
The President hereby appoints Mr. Nguyen Duc Duong as a member of the South Central Region People's Committee to replace Mr. Ton That Vy who has been assigned to other duties.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
