DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
ISSUING THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION TEMPLATE FOR INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
WHEREAS, Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, Article 54 and Clause 4 of Article 63 of Decree No. 111/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2006 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 61/2006/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BIDDING MANAGEMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHES HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE "PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION TEMPLATE FOR INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, OTHER CENTRAL ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS, AND ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
