Regarding the restoration of Vietnamese nationality

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session, tenth term;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 39/TTr-CP dated May 22, 2007.
DECISION:
Article 1. Restore Vietnamese nationality for seven women whose names are listed in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the women named in the List under Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
