of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control; Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 38/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 3, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the Sustainable Forest Management Plan;
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Director General of the Forest Administration, and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced along with this Decision: two new administrative procedures issued within the scope of the management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 20, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Legal Department, General Directors of the Forestry General Department, Heads of all General Departments, Departments, Bureaus, and relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
