REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE PREPARATION OF GEOLOGICAL HYDROGEOLOGICAL MAPS AT A SCALE OF 1:50000 (1:25000)

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2149/QĐ-CNCL dated July 24, 2000 of the Minister of Industry approving the report on drafting the Regulations on the preparation of geological hydrogeological maps and the Regulations on the preparation of engineering geological maps at a scale of 1:50000 (1:25000);
At the request of the Director General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department in Circular No. 790/CV-ĐCKS-ĐTĐC dated September 8, 2000 regarding the issuance of the Regulations on the preparation of geological hydrogeological maps and the Regulations on the preparation of engineering geological maps at a scale of 1:50000 (1:25000);
At the request of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality;
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision hereby promulgates the Regulations on the preparation of geological hydrogeological maps at a scale of 1:50000 (1:25000) for application in geological survey work.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments of Technology Management and Product Quality, Planning and Investment, Finance and Accounting, Legal Affairs, Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department, and Heads of geological units under the Ministry of Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
