Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Railway Transport Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering Document No. 1105/ĐK dated October 5, 2006 of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency submitting for approval the standard "Railway Transport Vehicles - Passenger Carriage Steering Price - Technical Requirements for Production and Assembly";
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Industry Standard attached hereto is: "Railway Transport Vehicles - Passenger Carriage Steering Price - Technical Requirements for Production and Assembly".
Registration Number: 22 TCN 359 - 06
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Director of the Vietnam Railways Administration, the General Director of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, and the Heads of other relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
