Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards:
Generator - National Reserve Storage Regulations

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the basis of the National Reserve Law No. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated April 29, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Corporation.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this decision is the Industry Standard: Generator - National Reserve Storage Regulations, designated as TCN 11: 2007.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the National Reserve Corporation, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance within their respective functions and authorities are responsible for organizing implementation and supervising enforcement of this Decision./.
