THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations are attached to this Decision
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Leaders of political-social organizations with subordinate vocational secondary schools; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally governed cities; Director of the Office of the Ministry, General Directors of the Vocational Training Administration, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
