Regarding the announcement of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance that have now ceased to be legally effective
The Ministry of Finance hereby announces that certain regulatory legal documents it has issued have now ceased to be legally effective.
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Insurance Department, and the General Director of the Customs General Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexe to this Decision shall be the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance within its authority which have now ceased to be legally effective (Annex).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, centrally-administered city People's Committees, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
