ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS ON SHIPS

Pursuant to the Law on Construction number 50/2014/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law number 03/2016/QH14, Law number 35/2018/QH14, Law number 40/2019/QH14 and Law number 62/2020/QH14;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Environment and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ENACT NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS ON SHIPS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS ON SHIPS.
REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 100: 2018/BGTVT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2019.
Article 3. "The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, and the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./."
