CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing Clause 8 of Article 4 and replacing Appendix I of Circular No.
164/2019/TT-BQP dated November 3, 2019 issued by the Minister of National Defense
stipulating standards, quantities, and levels of food allowance and regular health supplement for
coaches, athletes, and physical education teachers in the Military
Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating material standards for active-duty military personnel, defense workers, and civil servants;
Based on Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Director of the Finance Department of the Ministry of National Defense;
The Minister of National Defense hereby issues this Circular amending and supplementing Clause 8 of Article 4 and replacing Appendix I of Circular No. 164/2019/TT-BQP dated November 3, 2019 issued by the Minister of National Defense stipulating standards, quantities, and levels of food allowance and regular health supplement for coaches, athletes, and physical education teachers in the Military.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Clause 8 of Article 4 and replacing Appendix I of Circular No. 164/2019/TT-BQP dated November 3, 2019 issued by the Minister of National Defense stipulating standards, quantities, and levels of food allowance and regular health supplement for coaches, athletes, and physical education teachers in the Military
1. Clause 8 of Article 4 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
"8. Time and number of beneficiaries
a) Time and number of beneficiaries shall be implemented according to the approved list or decision of the General Staff;
b) For athletes concentrated in training for selection into talent teams established by the General Staff, the time of benefit shall not exceed 60 days;
c) Amateur athletes who have not reached a certain level shall enjoy benefits based on actual training days."
2. Replacing Appendix I on food allowance and regular health supplement with Appendix I attached to this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular shall take effect from September 2, 2022.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Chief of the General Staff, the Director of the General Logistics Department, the Director of the Finance Department, heads of relevant agencies, units, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
