DECREE
Regarding the establishment of the town of Yen Lac under Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Law on September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government,
DECREE
Article 1.- The town of Yen Lac under Yen Lac district is hereby established based on the entire area and population of Minh Tan commune.
The town of Yen Lac has an area of 644 hectares and a population of 11,968 people.
Article 2.- THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3.- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
