RESOLUTION

OF THE STANDING NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

WHEREAS Article 45 and Article 53 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,

WHEREAS Article 11 (new), Article 12 (new), Article 13, Article 14, and Article 31 of the Law on Election of Deputies to the National Assembly,

RESOLUTION:

Article 1

The election of deputies to the Fifth National Assembly shall be held on Sunday, April 6, 1975.

Article 2

The total number of deputies to be elected in the Fifth National Assembly election is 425 deputies. The total number of electoral units is 85 units.

Article 3

The number of electoral units, the list of units, and the number of deputies for each unit in each province and centrally governed city are prescribed as follows:
