THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 19, 2005 of the Government on retirement benefits and regulations on compensation for training costs for officials and civil servants;
Pursuant to Circular No. 130/2005/TT-BNV dated December 7, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 54/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 19, 2005 of the Government on retirement benefits and regulations on compensation for training costs for officials and civil servants;
In accordance with the proposal of the General Director of the General Department for Building the People's Public Security Force.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on Compensation for Training Costs for Officials in Certain Cases Where Officials, Soldiers, Workers, and Civil Servants Transfer Out of the People's Public Security Force."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations on compensation for training costs that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The General Directors, Heads of units under the Ministry, and Provincial Police Chiefs directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
