DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRIVATE UNIVERSITY DONG DO 

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15-CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Report No. 6627/TTCB dated September 23, 1994),

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the establishment of Dong Do Private University.

Article 2. Dong Do Private University is a higher education institution, subject to the management of the Ministry of Education and Training. The university has legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts. The system of diplomas of Dong Do Private University is part of the national diploma system.

Article 3. Dong Do Private University shall organize and operate in accordance with the law, the Private University Charter issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Statutes of the University approved by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 4. The Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers and Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, the Heads of government agencies, and the Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
