PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 15, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 08/CP-XDPL dated January 20, 2006.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
