PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 87/BTC-DTQG dated April 24, 2008, and the opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Circular No. 3319/BKH-TM&DV dated May 8, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1. To allocate VND 260 billion from the central government budget reserve for the year 2008 to supplement the Ministry of Finance for purchasing sufficient national food reserves according to the plan for the year 2008.
Permitting the Ministry of Finance to adjust the capital for purchasing rescue materials and equipment under the plans for the years 2007 and 2008 that have not been implemented, and to use the proceeds from selling national reserves in 2007 to purchase national food reserves in 2008, as proposed in Circular No. 87/BTC-DTQG dated April 24, 2008.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Finance and Planning and Investment are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
