No. 53QP dated April 24, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 34-QP dated March 25, 1946 organizing the Ministry of National Defense,
Pursuant to Decree No. 35-QP dated March 25, 1946 appointing the heads of departments,
Upon the proposal of the Ministry of National Defense,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1: Appoint Mr. Hoang Van Hoan to serve as "Political Department Director" in place of Mr. Hoang Dao Thuy, who has been assigned to another duty.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree accordingly.
