Article 1:Attached to this Decision is the Table of Fees for Using National Highway 5 at Quan Toan Station, Haiphong City.
Article 2: The objects of collection, organization of collection, submission, and management and use of fees for using National Highway 5 at Quan Toan Station shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the fee collection system managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from June 1, 1999.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize fee collection at Quan Toan Station, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
