DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the Steering Committee for compiling the work
"History of the Government of Vietnam from 1945 to the present"
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Board of the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Steering Committee for compiling the work "History of the Government of Vietnam from 1945 to the present". The Steering Committee shall be responsible for approving the outline, directing the organization of research, compilation, and acceptance of the work.
Article 2. Members of the Steering Committee include:
1. Mr. Pham Gia Khien, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman.
2. Mr. Do Quang Trung, Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Board of the Government, Vice-Chairman.
3. Mr. Nguyen Khanh, former Deputy Prime Minister, Vice-Chairman of the Government Administrative Reform Steering Committee,Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).Implementing the Program according to the determined content and schedule.
4. Mr. Dang Thi, former Minister, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Member.
5. Mr. Duong Trong Truyen, former Minister, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Member.
6. Mr. Doan Manh Giao, Minister, Director of the Government Office, Member.
7. Mr. Van Tao, former Director of the Institute of Historical Studies under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, Member.
8. Mr. Le Mao Han, former Head of the History Department of Hanoi National University, Member.
9. Mr. Duong Trung Quoc, Secretary-General of the Vietnam Association of Historical Science, Member.
10. Mr. To Tu Ha, Deputy Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Board of the Government, Member兼任秘书长。
11. Mr. Zhu Wen Cheng, Director of the Institute of State Scientific Organization Research (Organization and Cadre Affairs Board of the Government), Member。
Article 3. Entrust the Organization and Cadre Affairs Board of the Government to take the lead in implementing this work.
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment will manage the work according to the mechanism for national-level scientific projects; together with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, resolve funding to implement the work in accordance with the research and compilation plan approved by the Steering Committee.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 5. Members of the Steering Committee, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
