Regarding the issuance of regulations on the use of electricity as a direct protective means

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2001 of the Government on electricity activities and electricity usage;

At the request of the Director of the Technical Safety and Quality Inspection Department and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The regulations on the use of electricity as a direct protective means are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial/municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
