Regarding the establishment of the Religious Affairs Board of Quang Tri Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province, the Head of the Religious Affairs Board of the Government, and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government;
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6The Religious Affairs Board under the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province shall be established.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Provincial Religious Affairs Board.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province, the Head of the Religious Affairs Board of the Government, and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
