of Khanh Hoa Province for the 2004-2009 term

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LAM DONG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS,
DECREE
Article 1. APPROVE THE NUMBER OF 16 (SIXTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, 72 (SEVENTY-TWO) MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL AND THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE TERM 2004 - 2009 OF THE LAM DONG PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decree takes effect 15 days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT'S OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
