THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2004/ND-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government on state investment credit for development;
Pursuant to the directive of the Prime Minister in Document No. 2957/VPCP-KTTH dated June 11, 2004 of the Government Office;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Institutions;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision stipulates the detailed list of programs and projects for borrowing credit for state investment development
The detailed list of programs and projects for borrowing credit for state investment development shall be uniformly applied from the date the Government Decree No. 106/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2004 on state investment development credit takes effect.
Article 2. All investment projects included in the aforementioned list that have a need for borrowing funds and meet all conditions as prescribed shall be considered for borrowing state investment development credit from the Development Support Fund to invest in the project.
Article 3. The deadline for signing credit contracts between the project investors listed above and the Development Support Fund is December 31, 2005.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
The Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of the Development Support Fund; Heads of the Department of Banking and Financial Institutions Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
