DECISION
Amending and supplementing the Regulation on the organization and operation ofThe Banking Times issued together withDecision No. 1049/2004/QD-NHNN dated August 23, 2004

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 10/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Editor-in-Chief of The Banking Times and the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend and supplement Article 5 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of The Banking Times promulgated by Decision No. 1049/2004/QD-NHNN dated August 23, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:
"Article 5. The organizational structure of The Banking Times includes:
1. Finance and Administration Department;
2. Distribution and Advertising Department;
3. Editorial Board;
4. Economic and Social Correspondents' Department;
5. Banking Specialization Correspondents' Department;
6. Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City;
7. Permanent Office in Central and Western Highlands.
The specific tasks and powers of these units shall be stipulated by the Editor-in-Chief of The Banking Times."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Editor-in-Chief of The Banking Times, and the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
