PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the university network for the period 2001-2010;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Report No. 344/TTr-BGD&ĐT dated January 16, 2006 regarding the establishment of West Capital University,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Establish West Capital University.
Article 2. West Capital University is a higher education institution with legal personality, having its own seal and separate account. The headquarters of the university is located in Can Tho City.
Article 3. West Capital University operates in accordance with the Charter on the organization and operation of private universities issued together with Decision No. 14/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2005 of the Prime Minister.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Association of Science and Technology Societies of Can Tho City are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
