ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT TRAINING RESULTS IN FULL-TIME PROGRAMS AT VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 186/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT TRAINING RESULTS IN FULL-TIME PROGRAMS AT VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, HEADS OF CENTRAL BRANCHES OF POLITICAL-SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS; CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND URBAN-CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AGENCY; PRINCIPALS, DIRECTORS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
