Decision No. 54/2016/QĐ-TTg promulgates provincial, district, and commune-level indicators

DECREEINORDER

ISSUING THE SYSTEM OF STATISTICAL INDICATORS FOR PROVINCES, DISTRICTS AND COMMUNES

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated November 23, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No.97/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating the content of statistical indicators belonging to the national system of statistical indicators;Invalid character/typoregister at the state level;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Prime Minister issues the System of Statistical Indicators for Provinces, Districts and Communes.

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the System of Statistical Indicators for Provinces, Districts and Communes including the list and content of statistical indicators at provincial, district, and commune levels.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 5, 2017.

This Decision replaces previous regulations on the list and content of the System of Statistical Indicators for Provinces, Districts and Communes.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central government agencies, People's Procuracy at all levels, People's Courts at all levels, provincial-level People's Councils, departments under provincial authorities; district-level People's Councils, specialized departments of districts, commune-level People's Councils and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
