Circular No. 54/2019/TT-BGTVT promulgates the National Technical Regulations on Road Signs and Signals.

CIRCULAR

BISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNS

CaBASED ON THE ROADS TRAFFIC LAW dated November 13, 2008;BASED ON THE STANDARDIZATION AND TECHNICAL REGULATION LAW dated June 29, 2006;BASED ON DECREE No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Standardization and Technical Regulation Law;BASED ON DECREE No. 67/2009/ND-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government amending certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Standardization and Technical Regulation Law;BASED ON DECREE No. 12/2017/ND-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the General Director of Vietnam Highway Administration,

The Minister of Transport issues National Technical Regulations on Road Traffic Signs.Article 1. The "National Technical Regulations on Road Traffic Signs" are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.Registration number: QCVN 41 : 2019/BGTVT.Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular shall take effect from July 1, 2020.2. This Circular replaces Circular No. 06/2016/TT-BGTVT dated April 8, 2016 of the Minister of Transport promulgating National Technical Regulations on Road Traffic Signs QCVN 41:2016/BGTVT.Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, the General Director of Vietnam Highway Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, Directors of Provincial Department of Transportation, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.127/2007/NĐ-CPngày 01 thánga8 năm 2007 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thihhành một số điều của Luật Tiêu chuẩn và Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật;un

Căn cứ Nghị định số 12/2017/NĐ-CP ngày 10 tháng 02 năm 2017 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Giao thông vận tải;cuTheo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Khoa học - Công nghệ và Tổng cục trưởng Tổng cục Đường bộ Việt Nam,tBộ trưởng Bộ Giao thông vận tải ban hành Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về báo hiệu đường bộ.Điều 1.;

Ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này “Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về báo hiệu đường bộ”.

Mã số đăng ký: QCVN 41 : 2019/BGTVT. Điều 2.

Hiệu lực thi hành1. Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01 tháng 7 năm 2020.

2. Thông tư này thay thế Thông tư số 06/2016/TT-BGTVT ngày 08/4/2016 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Giao thông vận tải ban hành Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về báo hiệu đường bộ QCVN 41:2016/BGTVT.

Điều 3.Chánh Văn phòng Bộ, Chánh Thanh tra Bộ, Các Vụ trưởng, Tổng cục trưởng Tổng cục Đường bộ Việt Nam, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Bộ Giao thông vận tải, Giám đốc Sở Giao thông vận tải các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương, các tổ chức và cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này.

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.

This Circular replaces Circular No. 06/2016/TT-BGTVT dated April 8, 2016, issued by the Minister of Transport on National Technical Regulations for Road Traffic Signs QCVN 41:2016/BGTVT.

Article 3.The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Vietnam Highway Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, Directors of Provincial Department of Transportation under central cities and provinces, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
