CHAIRMAN

Pursuant to Decree No. 33 dated March 22, 1946, and Decree No. 71 dated May 22, 1946, organizing and establishing the rules of the National Army of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 47 dated May 1, 1947, organizing the General Staff Office;
At the proposal of the Minister of Defense兼任总司令的越南国家和民军军队；
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints the following individual:
Mr. Phan Phac, former Director of Military Training Bureau, to serve as Deputy Chief of General Staff of the General Staff Office.
Article 2
The Minister of Defense兼任总司令的越南国家和民军军队应执行本法令。
