DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 54/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1951
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers in June 1951 establishing the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of Mr. Minister of Finance, after being approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The following are hereby appointed:
- Mr. Trinh Van Binh to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Central Tax Department,
- Messrs. Nguyen Lam and Trinh Ho Thi to hold the positions of Deputy Directors of the Central Tax Department, effective from July 1, 1951.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
