III. TỔ IMPLEMENTATION
1. Legal Division
Guide and urge units under the Ministry to implement assigned activities; inspect and supervise the implementation of Sub-project 1; regularly report to the steering committee and the Ministry on the results of implementing Sub-project 1.
2. Department of Finance
The Legal Affairs Department and units under the Ministry shall prepare the budget for the implementation expenses of Sub-Project 1 based on the activities determined in Sub-Project 1;
Ensure sufficient funding for the activities determined in the Implementation Plan of Sub-Project 1, which has been approved by the competent authority.
3. The Ministry's Office
Guide the settlement and finalization of the implementation expenses of Sub-Project 1 in accordance with the provisions of the law.
4. Various units under the Ministry
Coordinate with the Legal Affairs Department and the Ministry's Office to develop a plan and organize the implementation of assigned activities./.
