Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the transfer of state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2007/QD-BTC dated December 6, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulation on the selection and supervision of consulting valuation organizations;
Pursuant to the applications of organizations submitting registration files for enterprise value determination activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions;
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Announce herewith the "List of Consulting Valuation Organizations Permitted to Provide Enterprise Value Determination Services for 2008 (Second Time in 2008)" attached to this Decision.
Article 2. Consulting valuation organizations named in the list announced in Article 1 of this Decision shall be allowed to provide enterprise value determination services in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the transfer of state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital into joint-stock companies.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Corporate Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions, state-owned enterprises being converted into joint-stock companies, consulting valuation organizations, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
