DECISION
ON THE ABROGATION OF LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS
MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Regulatory Documents;
After reaching a consensus and upon authorization from the Ministry of Trade in Circular No. 1158/TM-XNK dated March 21, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Environmental Protection Department and the Head of the Government Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Regulatory Documents of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To abolish Circular No. 2880/KCM-TM dated December 19, 1996 issued by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of Trade on temporary regulations for importing waste materials.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Units under the Ministry, Departments of Science, Technology and Environment, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
