Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the proposal of the People's Committee of Nghệ An Province at Document No. 972/CV-UB dated May 10, 2000, and that of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation at Document No. 161/CV-HĐQT dated June 6, 2000;
Implementing the authority delegated by the Prime Minister through Document No. 61/CP-ĐMDN dated September 12, 2000 of the Government,
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Accept the Nghệ An Rubber Factory, an independent state-owned enterprise under the People's Committee of Nghệ An Province, to become a member unit under the Sao Vàng Rubber Company, Vietnam Chemicals Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the acceptance of the Nghệ An Rubber Factory to become a member unit under the Sao Vàng Rubber Company in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and General Director of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation, Director of the Sao Vàng Rubber Company, and Director of the Nghệ An Rubber Factory are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
