APPROVING THE STATE OWNED ENTERPRISES OF SPECIAL CATEGORY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government on the new wage system in enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No. 185/TTg dated March 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on state-owned enterprises of special category;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. CLASSIFY the state-owned enterprise of special category for the Company purchasing, selling debts and remaining assets of enterprises under the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Minister of Finance shall be responsible for guiding the transfer of wages and position allowances for managers of state-owned enterprises of special category for the Company Purchasing, Selling Debts and Remaining Assets of Enterprises.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Company Purchasing, Selling Debts and Remaining Assets of Enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
