REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF FERTILIZERS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE IN VIETNAM"

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Pursuant to Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on management of fertilizer production, distribution, and use.

Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product quality.

At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: The "Supplementary List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Distribution, and Use in Vietnam" is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2: Organizations and individuals meeting the conditions prescribed in Article 5 of Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on management of fertilizer production, distribution, and use are permitted to produce, distribute, and use fertilizers registered in this list.

Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4: The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Heads of units, organizations, and individuals related to fertilizer production, distribution, and use in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
