DECISION
Issuing the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the profession of “ Computer Programming”.
THE MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Training dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the profession of "Computer Programming";
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue with this Decision the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the profession of "Computer Programming".
Based on these framework programs, the Principals of colleges and technical schools offering intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training shall determine, organize an appraisal and approve the vocational training curricula applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political and social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vocational Training Administration, colleges and technical schools offering intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training for the profession of "Computer Programming", and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
