REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
BASED ON THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGES AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGES;
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 2020/UBND-VX OF MAY 2, 2008 FROM THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TAY AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE HERITAGE SITE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE

NGUYEN TRAI COMMUNE, THUONG TIN DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE
THE AREA TO BE PROTECTED IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES RATED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE ADMINISTRATION OVER THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY AS PROVIDED BY THE LEGISLATION ON CULTURAL HERITAGES.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE HA TAY PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HA TAY PROVINCE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
