ON THE LIST OF ENTERPRISES PROVIDING TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES WITH NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE IN WHICH THE STATE HOLDS A DOMINANT SHARE OF EQUITY OR CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION

The State holds more than 50% of the charter capital or has a contribution share exceeding 50% of the charter capital.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Telecommunications;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications,

DECISION:

Article 1. The following is hereby promulgated the List of enterprises providing telecommunication services with network infrastructure in which the State holds more than 50% of the charter capital or has a contribution share exceeding 50% of the charter capital:

1. Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT);

2. Military Post and Telecommunications Group (VIETTEL);

3. Vietnam Maritime Electronic Information Joint Stock Company (VISHIPEL);

4. Global Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL);

5. Indochina Telecom Joint Stock Company (INDOCHINA TELECOM).

Article 2. Depending on specific circumstances at each period, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to be responsible for proposing amendments and supplements to the enterprises listed in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from December 1, 2011.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
